Shipping & Delivery

The total delivery time for your order consists of two parts:

1. Processing Time

Processing includes order verification, product preparation, quality inspection, and packaging.
Orders are typically processed and sent for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment has been successfully received.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the estimated time it takes for your order to travel from our warehouse to your delivery address after dispatch.

United States & Canada

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: 2–4 weeks

Australia & New Zealand

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: 2–4 weeks

United Kingdom & Europe

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: 2–4 weeks

Other Countries

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: 2–5 weeks

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, local carriers, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Insurance

If your item is lost during transit or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost, provided that sufficient proof is submitted and approved.

Priority Insured Shipping

Priority Insured Shipping gives your order higher dispatch priority in our daily processing queue. However, during periods of high order volume, delivery times may still be similar to Standard Shipping. This option also includes shipping insurance.

Split Shipments

Some items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times, as we work with multiple warehouse locations.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers may take several days to up to one week to become active and display updated tracking information. Please allow some time for the carrier system to update after your order has been shipped.

Delivery Delays

For some countries or regions, shipping may take longer than estimated. Delivery times may also be affected by high order volumes, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@aovgo.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes. Please double-check your selected size, color, and shipping details before completing your purchase.
